AccuData Upgrades to New Generation of Bluespring Business Process Management Software

Leading Provider of Database Marketing Services Using Bluespring BPM5 to Streamline Business Processes as Part of Operational Efficiency Initiative

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - September 22, 2010) -  Bluespring Software (Bluespring), a leading provider of Business Process Innovation (BPI) technology and solutions, today announced that AccuData Integrated Marketing (AccuData), a leader in database marketing services, has upgraded to Bluespring's new generation Business Process Management Suite, Bluespring BPM5. BPM5 will now serve as the foundation for additional business process improvement efforts within AccuData's on-going operational efficiency improvement initiatives.

The decision to upgrade to BPM5 followed a Bluespring Rapid Process Assessment of another important AccuData business process using Bluespring's ProcessView™ Business Process Analysis software. That resulted in a clear understanding of the current process, as well as the opportunity for time and cost savings that would result from standardizing the flow and automating certain steps using BPM. Accudata is now proceeding with that project using BPM5 along with Microsoft SharePoint.
