ACG InterGrowth to Attract Record 2,000 Dealmakers

Be Part of the Largest and Foremost Middle Market M&A Conference, Orlando, FL -- April 9-11, 2008

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the premier authority on corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, will hold the 37th annual ACG InterGrowth conference in Orlando, FL, at the Marriott World Center Resort, April 9-11, 2008. Record attendance is anticipated, with over 2,000 middle market dealmakers expected to attend the three-day conference.

ACG InterGrowth is the world's largest and foremost international conference for private equity professionals, investment bankers, lenders, corporate development officers, lawyers and other service providers focused on corporate growth and mergers and acquisitions. This year features 150 private equity groups that will participate in the Capital Connection.

"I am often asked what differentiates InterGrowth from other M&A and corporate development conferences," said Mark Jones, Chairman of ACG InterGrowth 2008. "Succinctly put, a lot. There is no other event that brings together so many constituencies of the deal world. For three days in one location, principals from hundreds of firms will gather to network, share best practices, initiate new relationships, build on existing relationships, learn from compelling speakers and informative panels and, last but certainly not least, have fun."

A staggering 75% of members say they've struck deals as a direct result of their membership -- event registration is still open. To register, visit: www.acg.org/conferences/intergrowth.

Both veterans and new attendees will be pleased with the continued evolution and improvement of the conference:
