ACM Capital Partners Completes $12.5 Million Senior Debt Restructuring for Trident Aviation

Serving in an Interim Management role, ACM Capital Partners worked closely with Management and the Existing Lender to Restructure the Senior Debt

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) -  ACM Capital Partners, a national turnaround and financial restructuring firm specializing in assisting middle market companies in transition or distress, today announced it has successfully completed a $12.5 million senior debt restructuring for Trident Aviation.

"We are pleased to have served as a critical link between the borrowers and the lender," said James F. Martin, Managing Partner of ACM Capital Partners. "This restructuring allows Trident to participate in the continuing recovery in the aviation industry. It is similar to what we did for many aviation repair and overhaul companies after the September 11th attacks. With a restructured balance sheet, they were able to participate in the eventual recovery within the aviation industry."

Trident Aviation is an FAA approved repair facility specializing in the repair and overhaul of Pratt & Whitney JT8D engines and related accessories located in South Florida. "This deal would not have been consummated without the assistance of ACM Capital Partners," said Joe Civiletto, Chairman of Trident Aviation, "We were fortunate to have a firm with extensive knowledge of our industry, as well as extensive banking experience."
