Aconex Names Patricia Cuthbert as Vice President of Finance

SAN BRUNO, CA--(Marketwire - November 05, 2012) -  Aconex, provider of the world's most widely used online project collaboration solutions for the construction, infrastructure, power, mining, and oil and gas industries, today announced the appointment of Patricia Cuthbert as vice president of finance. Cuthbert has more than 30 years of corporate finance experience at public companies in multiple industry segments, including internet search and advertising, mobile devices, networking, and computer manufacturing. She will report to Steve Recht, chief financial officer of Aconex.

During her career, Cuthbert has served as vice president and corporate controller at Yahoo!, Palm and 3Com. As controller at Yahoo!, she was responsible for all accounting operations and control functions worldwide, as well as design, construction and management of the infrastructure of Yahoo! Finance. Previously, she was at 3Com in Europe and the U.S. for 10 years, and held finance and accounting positions at Prime Computer in Ireland. Cuthbert is a Chartered Institute Management Accountant.
