About the Presenter
As Acrowire's founder and president Ted Theodoropoulos combines his interest in technology with his passion to improve the business productivity of entrepreneurs and corporations. Theodoropoulos's background in technology began in the early 1980s as he developed applications in BASIC on the first personal computers. As a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Theodoropoulos held a number of leadership roles in the areas of corporate audits, consumer risk management and global anti-money laundering initiatives. He integrated Six Sigma methodologies into his technology work, earning DFSS Green and Black Belt certifications. His Green Belt work led to a U.S. patent for which he was recognized with the 2007 Best of Six Sigma Award. Prior to joining Bank of America, Theodoropoulos was a product specialist at Microsoft providing guidance and support on database technologies where he became a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified Scrum Master.

He has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's in business administration from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
