SUGAR LAND, TX--(Marketwire - September 9, 2008) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources
(Sugar Land, Texas) -- INEOS Americas LLC and its nitriles business group
expect to begin operation of a fourth acrylonitrile reactor at the Green
Lake chemical plant in Port Lavaca, Texas, early next year. This new
reactor will add to the plant's nearly 1 billion pounds of existing
acrylonitrile capacity currently in operation at the site. Engineering and
procurement have been completed by SNC-Lavalin GDS Incorporated (Houston,
Texas), a subsidiary of SNC-Lavalin Group Incorporated (TSX:SNC).
