ACS Strategic Partner Gets 'No Comment' From the SEC

BARTOW, FL--(Marketwire - August 27, 2007) - American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: AACS) today announced that its Strategic Partner, American Fiber Green Products, Inc., received the official 'no comment' on the Form 10SB from the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 16, 2007 paving the way for the National Association of Securities Dealers to issue a ticker symbol and trading of the company's common stock.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Office, stated, "American Fiber Green Products, Inc. has made a tremendous stride forward, achieving the 'no comment' status after only three rounds of comments. The next step is response to the NASD comments by Source Capital Group who filed a 15c2-11 on behalf of AFGP. That response is expected within the next 7 to 10 days. The NASD will then assign a trading symbol. The common stock of the company will trade on the OTC:BB."

Hefner went on to say, "ACS has been instrumental in the process of reaching these and many other milestones. Upon receipt of a trading symbol, the Board of Directors of AFGP will evaluate the services provided by ACS and will determine proper compensation for those services. We saw the need for fiberglass recycling worldwide and it was our intention to make that opportunity part of the American Commerce Solutions, Inc. future. It appears that we are close to being able to capitalize on that potential."
