Like all of the Actelis ML 600 Carrier Ethernet over Copper product family, the new ML 640 combines Actelis' innovative EFMplus™ Ethernet in the First Mile copper transmission capabilities with advanced Carrier Ethernet service delivery features that are certified to be compliant with the Metro Ethernet Forum's MEF 9 and MEF 14 specifications. Actelis EFMplus-based platforms deliver the performance, resiliency and simplicity that carriers need to give their customers consistent Ethernet services over voice-grade copper, enabling providers to dramatically expand their Carrier Ethernet service offerings without deploying fiber.
