Company Hires Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Senior Vice President of Business Development to Further Solidify Market Leadership


REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 22, 2015) -   Actiance, the leader in communications compliance, archiving and analytics, today announced the appointment of two proven executives to its leadership team: George Mogannam as senior vice president of worldwide sales and Barry Ruditsky as senior vice president of business development. The expansion of Actiance's executive team will continue to propel the company forward as it scales to meet increasing market demand.

As Actiance's new SVP of worldwide sales, George will expand the sales organization into more geographies, streamline go-to-market strategies and institute sales processes to drive company acceleration. He brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology sales experience and a track record of building sales teams focused on accountability and value-based selling. Most recently, he was the vice president of sales at Avid Technology, where he transformed the structure and strategy of the direct sales and pre-sales technical teams and value-added reseller relationships.

He has also developed sales channels to provide incremental, sustainable and rapid growth at a number of startups.
