Actiance Unveils New Compliance Solution for IBM Lotus Connections at Lotusphere 2011

Available Directly From IBM, the Actiance Connections Compliance Module for IBM Lotus Connections Archives and Logs Social Content to Help Enterprises Remain Compliant to Corporate and Government Regulations

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - January 31, 2011) -  Actiance, enabling the safe and compliant use of unified communications, collaboration and Web 2.0, today announced the Actiance Compliance Module for IBM Lotus Connections. The new solution delivers archiving and compliance capabilities to IBM's social software for businesses, Lotus Connections.

Lotus Connections facilitates the collection and exchange of information through professional networks. It connects colleagues and users to like-minded communities through a dashboard-like view of current projects. Lotus Connections provides businesses with a single destination for building professional networks, connects communities of coworkers, partners and customers to make it easy to collaborate, and helps reduce the need for multiple social software applications.

Enterprises are facing increased regulatory, eDiscovery and compliance requirements, including logging and archiving all content, preventing data leakage and enforcing corporate usage policies across all applications, including social software.
