Action Media Group Announces Casting Call for New Reality TV Show Seeking Athletes/Wanna Be Athletes

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) -  Love reality shows? Can't get enough of unknown singers, dancers, actors, and reality show stars who are famous for being famous or almost famous? A brand new reality show is holding casting calls around the country this summer. Prepare for long lines, and start thinking of your excuse for calling in sick to work now!

Action Media Group, Inc (a subsidiary of Action Products International, Inc.) (PINKSHEETS: APII) announced today the launching a new reality television show, I Wanna Be a World Class Athlete! Think "Sports Science" and "The Biggest Loser" meet "Extreme Home Makeover" but with the goal of transforming individual competitive and recreational sports players into World Class Athletes. Regular people like you who love golf, football, basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, and more will surpass even the toughest of athletic goals. Even if you're not athletic and just want to transform your body and lifestyle by working out like the pros, (beginner or very experienced) you could be chosen for the show. Everyone has a shot at becoming A WORLD CLASS ATHLETE!

Our casting directors are looking for hungry, hardworking athletes ages 12 and older (competing in three categories -- youth, high school, adult), who want to take their training to the next level in front of a national cable television audience, in hopes of landing their share of $1,000,000 in cash, prizes, and athletic scholarships and a chance to compete to win $1,000,000 on each of 10 episodes. When selected, thirty (30) real-world athletes and wanna be athletes will participate on a journey to elite athleticism offered by their role on I Wanna Be A World Class Athlete. America and the world will watch as our professional training staff works with each athlete on tough to complete training programs involving cardiovascular fitness, strength training, plyometric training, sport-specific skills, sport psychology and proper nutrition. Our show features athletes benefiting from using cutting edge technology, "high tech" training equipment, and special effects illustrating their performances.

The show's producers are also seeking a female host with a background in health, fitness, and sports performance training. Additional details will be announced at a later date. The show is scheduled to air nationally on one of the country's top sports networks, to be announced in August.
