ActionView International, Inc. Issues CEO Statement Regarding Plans for Merger Transaction With Stanza Systems, Ltd.

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - October 16, 2008) - ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB: AVWI) today issued a statement from CEO Steven R. Peacock regarding the expected timeline and additional details of the company's planned merger transaction with Stanza Systems, Ltd., whose wireless management services and technologies enable some of the largest and most successful companies in the world to better manage and operate their businesses.

ActionView International and Stanza Systems have entered into an initial agreement in the form of a letter of intent provides the framework for a subsequent definitive agreement under which ActionView International would acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Stanza Systems, Ltd. in exchange for a majority percentage of ActionView International.

Regarding the transaction, Mr. Peacock commented, "It is our goal to close the merger transaction with Stanza Systems before the end of November 2008, at which time ActionView management would step aside and new officers and directors, including members of the Stanza Systems management team, will be appointed to lead the public company.

"The exiting subsidiary of ActionView International is expected to be spun out, and Stanza Systems will become the operating entity within the public company. Although we would expect a name and symbol change to occur at some point subsequent to the close, the exact timing of those changes will be up to the new Board of Directors. We are also working on a strategy that would protect the interests of the company's shareholders related to the $250,000 loaned to Jim Palmer Trucking as we continue to pursue legal remedies in that matter, and we plan to disclose the details of that strategy as we prepare for the anticipated close.

"A class of preferred shares is expected to be used to close the acquisition of Stanza Systems, so a change to the structure of the company's common stock will not be required to close the transaction. Any changes to the capital structure of the company will be at the discretion of new management.

"I hope that these details will help to further clarify how ActionView International intends to move forward with its planned acquisition of Stanza Systems, and we look forward to shepherding this process through to a successful conclusion."
