MISSION VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - December 13, 2010) -  activePDF, Inc. a leading provider of server-based PDF creation, conversion and development tools for Microsoft Windows®, today announced the release of activePDF Toolkit 2011, the latest version of its popular component which enables dynamic generation and manipulation of PDF files. In addition to offering full native support for 64-bit applications, this new version introduces a fully managed .NET API and support for AES-128 encryption. Additional feature enhancements, such as support for transparent text and images and the inclusion of over 80 additional barcode symbologies, along with a variety of performance improvements are also included.
