CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - Jun 23, 2015) - Taking sales, training, and product display to a whole new level, ActiveYards® and North Carolina-based Harrison Fence, an ActiveYards dealer, have partnered and outfitted a Sprinter 170 van that has become the first ActiveYards mobile exhibit of its kind. Designed as a "showroom on wheels," the van will utilize and promote the ActiveYards brand, products and services to consumers.
The mobile showroom will be based at the Harrison Fence corporate office in Raleigh, NC and will travel within their exclusive ActiveYards territory in the area. Stops will include local home shows, contractor events, homeowners' locations, and other events in the Raleigh/East Coast area. In addition, the mobile showroom is capable of holding meetings, conferences, and ActiveYards product training seminars at ActiveYards dealer locations. At each event or location, there will be certified fencing specialists onboard for consulting on projects, questions, and product demonstrations.
For homeowners interested in a new fence, the mobile showroom provides them a convenient "at home" hassle-free shopping experience. A dealer will be able to show a homeowner the amazing features available in the showroom, including a variety of ActiveYards fencing samples & accessories, a flat screen t.v. which will highlight the ActiveYards story and all the product ingenuities and a tablet for consumers to browse products online.
"Our partnership with Harrison Fence has been extremely successful over the years. We wanted to take it one step further, creating an 'out of the box' program that would get consumers excited about their fence purchase. Reaction has been wonderful so far, and the benefit is that consumers get a truly unique retail shopping experience right at their fingertips," said Melissa Freed, Director of Dealer Development for ActiveYards. "Plus, it's a great tool for other dealers to see and experience first-hand new ActiveYards products and to be able to receive essential product training at their shops, without having to leave town to attend a conference or meeting," added Freed.
Outfitted with the latest in technology and design, the van contains a steel reinforced floor, a wood subfloor, LED lighting, custom storage cabinetry, a waterfall fence display, a 40" t.v., and a touch screen computer for ordering. A power awning complements the exterior. Raleigh-based Aviso and Accent Imaging companies provided support with graphic design and vehicle wrapping.
