The plan identifies 10 key actions that address pressing water issues and lay the groundwork for a more resilient water supply future.

"A comprehensive action plan to improve the state's overall water supply reliability is critical to all Californians. We appreciate the Governor's leadership in directing key state agencies to identify actions to address urgent needs and put us on a sustainable path forward.

"We are still reviewing the draft plan, but at first look it appears to have the right elements. We look forward to providing constructive comments to the Governor in the coming weeks."
