Epstein, founder of Third Creek Advisors, LLC, will deliver a keynote on "Small-Cap Governance in the U.S. - One Size Does Not Fit All" at the SIAS Global Corporate Governance Conference in Singapore on Monday, Oct. 12 from 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. SGT. Mr. Epstein's keynote will address how a one-size-fits-all corporate governance bias has disadvantaged small-cap companies and their shareholders.

In addition, Mr. Epstein will participate on two panel discussions: "How is Governance for SMEs Different?" on Monday, Oct. 12 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. SGT; and "Governance Evaluation for Mid and Small Caps (GEMS)" on Tuesday, Oct. 13 from 2:15 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. SGT. The panel discussions will focus on the unique challenges of governing small-cap companies, and innovative methodologies for assessing such governance.

"As a former institutional investor and well-known thought leader regarding small-cap governance, we're greatly looking forward to benefiting from Mr. Epstein's perspectives," said Mr. David Gerald, Chief Executive Officer of Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS). "His pioneering efforts with respect to small-cap corporate governance in the United States are quite consistent with our initiatives in Singapore," commented Dr. Mak Yuen Teen, Associate Professor, NUS Business School.

"The SIAS Global Corporate Governance Conference is a compelling gathering of thought leaders that takes place against the backdrop of Singapore's 6th Corporate Governance Week," commented Mr. Epstein. "I'm humbled by the opportunity to share thoughts on governing small-caps in the United States, and learn from the other speakers' and attendees' perspectives in this regard."

About Third Creek Advisors, LLC

Third Creek Advisors, LLC (TCA) is the country's leading small-cap corporate governance advisory firm.
