An ADB International Group, Inc. (ADBI) Subsidiary, Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc. Is Listed on the US Dept. of Interior - Mineral Management Service Website as an Interested Vendor for Oil Spill Research

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - October 19, 2010) -  ADB International Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ADBI), through its 50% investment in Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc., (Subsea), is advancing in the process to offer its patent-pending solutions to the US Dept. of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE). Subsea is now listed on the BOEMRE website as an Interested Vendor.

In response to the 2010 BP/Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico which lasted for several months and spilled millions of barrels of oil, BOEMRE issued Solicitation Number M10PS00240 as a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for FY-2011 Oil Spill Response Research. Subsea submitted a White Paper to BOEMRE TA&R (Technology Assessment & Research) where it proposed to establish an extensive research program for containing similar oil and/or gas blowouts.

"Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc. believes that its patent pending solutions to deepwater blowouts will help to minimize this type of oil spill in the future," stated Mr. Matthew Schulman, Director of ADBI. He added that "We are willing and able to offer potentially viable solutions that will help to ameliorate calamities similar to the massive 2010 BP/Deepwater Horizon BP oil spill."

Five (5) patent applications have been assigned to Subsea that disclose numerous procedures and apparatus configurations (referred to as "the BOPstopper") for containing deepwater oil rig blowouts. A "BOPstopper" is designed to substantially isolate a defective blowout preventer (BOP) stack, that spews oil and/or gas, from the ocean by completely circumventing and encasing the defective BOP.

BOEMRE is the federal agency responsible for overseeing the safe and environmentally responsible development of energy and mineral resources for issues including deepwater oil exploration.
