Adcapital Is in Negotiations With Licensee for Croatia

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2006 -- Adcapital Industries (OTC: ADCS) is proud to announce that it is in the midst of negotiations for the sale of a license for the device and technology with a private entity from Croatia. This license is for the manufacture, promotion and distribution of the Auto Emission Post Regulator. This news is especially exciting because there is a current urgency for the Republic to reduce its emissions. Our AEPR's 97% reduction capability if distributed will bring emission levels down enough to warrant the European Union's attention! The Republic has been eager to join the Union for a long time, so many are anticipating the completion of these negotiations.

The Government of Croatia has taken notice of the importance of reducing emissions for several reasons, the sustainable development of their country of course but also their application to join the European Union. Adcapital Industries' interests are in assisting this licensee with application, and being in good standing with the European Union; it is sure to be very helpful to begin the process of eliminating NOx from vehicle emissions in Croatia.

In the Law on Air Quality Protection in Croatia, it does demonstrate the newfound discovery of the importance of emission reduction. There is a clearly defined set of laws and regulations that encourage the promotion of emission reduction -- even giving specific notice to the importance and urgency for vehicle emission monitoring stations.

Adcapital Industries would like to inform our readers that the progress with Mr. John Germanos, an esteemed potential licensee from Germany, is continuing and going very well! Mr. Germanos is licensing both Greece and Germany. Stay posted for the upcoming release of the specific agreements. There is more news coming soon!
