AdCare Health Systems to Present at the Sidoti Semiannual Micro-Cap Conference on January 10, 2011

SPRINGFIELD, OH--(Marketwire - January 5, 2011) - AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE Amex: ADK), an Ohio-based long-term care, home care and management company, has been invited to present at the Sidoti Semiannual Micro-Cap Conference to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York on January 10, 2011.

AdCare management is scheduled to present on Monday, January 10 at 2:10 p.m. Eastern time, with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day. AdCare will discuss the emerging opportunities in the highly fragmented health care segments of senior assisted living, elderly nursing care and home health care services.
