AdCare Health Systems to Present at the UBS 21st Annual Global Healthcare Services Conference on February 7, 2011

SPRINGFIELD, OH--(Marketwire - January 26, 2011) - AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE Amex: ADK), an Ohio-based long-term care, home care and management company, has been invited to present at the UBS 21st Annual Global Healthcare Services Conference to be held at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York City on February 7-8, 2011.

AdCare's Co-Chief Executive Officer Boyd P. Gentry, and Vice Chairman and Chief Acquisition Officer Chris Brogdon are scheduled to present on Monday, February 7 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time, with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day. AdCare management will discuss the emerging opportunities in the highly fragmented health care segments of senior assisted living, elderly nursing care and home health care services.

The company will also talk about its M&A program designed to build upon its strong reputation for operational efficiency and high-quality living environments.
