CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - May 7, 2014) - Mattersight Corporation (NASDAQ: MATR), a leading provider of enterprise analytics, today announced its receipt of a newly issued patent related to analytic-based routing. On May 6, 2014, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued to Mattersight U.S. Patent Number 8,718,262, which covers automatically routing a telephone call based on analytic attributes associated with previous telephone interactions.
