ADDvantage Technologies Shares to Trade on the NASDAQ Stock Market

BROKEN ARROW, OK--(Marketwire - August 23, 2007) - ADDvantage Technologies (AMEX: AEY) announced today that it has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC and will continue to trade under the symbol "AEY." The Company will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange until the close of the market on September 11, 2007, and will commence trading on the NASDAQ on September 12, 2007.

Commenting on the change, Ken Chymiak, CEO of ADDvantage Technologies, stated, "We are excited to have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
