Adify Promotes Jim Larrison to Executive Vice President

Long Tail and Internet Fragmentation Expert Leads Adify's Platform Initiatives

SAN BRUNO, CA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - Adify (http://www.adify.com/), the premier vertical ad network management company, today announced the promotion of Jim Larrison to executive vice president of platform sales and services. Formerly the general manager of corporate development, Jim has been instrumental in driving Adify's agreements with top-tier network builders. His extensive expertise in online metrics and consumer behavior analytics culled from years of running comScore's custom data business led him to create Adify's unique market mapping capabilities that give ABC Disney SOAPNet, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, NBC iVillage, Gay Ad Network and HotChalk and 100 more network builders unprecedented insight into both their vertical ad network opportunity and the specific sites they want to recruit.

In his new role, Jim will drive the adoption of Adify's vertical ad network management platform and integrated services. His focus will be to develop new market relationships in specific vertical segments, adding to the Adify portfolio of partners by working with large brand enterprises, high quality niche entrepreneurs, Web 2.0 prospects, and the various properties under Adify's new corporate parent, Cox Enterprises. There are over 100 major media companies, venture-backed businesses and entrepreneurs that use Adify's comprehensive solution to build and operate premium vertical ad networks that deliver targeted audiences and unique, quality content.

"Network builders of any size understand that their value is in the premium content they develop and the trusted relationships they have with advertisers and their agencies," said Jim Larrison, EVP of platform sales & services, Adify. "Advertisers recognize that campaigns engage audiences more effectively on relevant, quality long tail sites -- and specialized vertical publishing networks powered by Adify deliver that quality long-tail at scale. Our customers deliver extended value to advertisers by offering this engaging environment efficiently."

"Adify is fortunate to have a management team that has years of experience working with publishers, advertisers and end-users. Together, we have built a unique segment in online advertising around vertical ad networks," said Russ Fradin, president of Adify. "Jim Larrison is an incredible asset to Adify and his unique experience in measuring and analyzing consumer needs is valued by network builders that are extending their reach online."

Adify provides network builders with the backend technology infrastructure to create, manage and commercialize vertical advertising solutions coupled with the deepest expertise and comprehensive services to operate vertical ad networks. The infrastructure is capable of delivering content, sponsorships, video, image and rich media advertising.
