Adino Energy Holds First Investor Call; Welcomes 200 New Shareholders

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Apr 25, 2012) - Adino Energy Corporation (OTCQB: ADNY) (OTCBB: ADNY), an emerging oil and gas exploration and production company concentrated on the Permian Basin in West Texas, held its first audio conference on April 18 and 19 to welcome new shareholders from its asset purchase of AOS 1-A and AOS 1-B limited partnerships.

"The call was very successful. We were highly satisfied with the number of attendees," said Timothy G. Byrd, Sr., Adino Energy's Chief Executive Officer. "In our efforts to expand and strengthen the Company's shareholder base, we used audio conferencing to welcome a new group of investors. I wanted each of them to hear from me personally. This method was the most prompt, efficient and effective way to accommodate them."

According to Byrd, the Company was able to cut its response time. "We wanted our new shareholders to hear from us sooner. With this service, I was able to provide them with insight into the Company and address their questions and concerns as a stakeholder in Adino Energy in a timely manner."

"We are thrilled to be taking this first step towards accountability for communications and will continue to dialogue about our company and what we are up to with all of our shareholders," said Byrd. The Company is seeking to incorporate several communication channels including video email messages, video conferencing and voice messaging to spotlight its potential investor programs and events. "This proactive approach is really the result of shareholder feedback and their need for communications from us over the past few years which we will continue to explore and improve."
