Adknowledge Announces the Acquisition of Adonomics
KANSAS CITY, MO--(Marketwire - November 3, 2008) - Adknowledge, a leading multi-channel
advertising network, today announced the acquisition of Adonomics, a
provider of Facebook analytics and developer services. This acquisition
extends the position of Adknowledge as the largest social advertising
network. Adknowledge has previously acquired Cubics.com.
Brett Brewer, President of Adknowledge and a co-founder of
Intermix/MySpace, explained that "the acquisition of Adonomics is one part
of the continuing strategy of Adknowledge to increase its footprint in the

The Adonomics suite of monetization and measurement tools enables
developers to track activity on Facebook applications. The service captures
