Admiral William Fallon Named Chair and CEO of NeuralIQ Government Services, Inc.

ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) -  NeuralIQ, Inc., the only provider of real time intrusion forensics, announces the establishment of NeuralIQ Government Services, Inc. in Alexandria, VA with Admiral William J. Fallon, U.S. Navy (Retired) as Chief Executive Officer. The Government Services Company, providing sales and service to federal, state and local government agencies, is a subsidiary of NeuralIQ Inc., headquartered in Kirkland, Washington. The company's research and development operations are in Santa Monica, California.

Admiral Fallon retired from the U.S. Navy after more than 40 years of service, most recently as Commander, U.S. Central Command where he was responsible for all US-military operations and personnel in the Middle East, Central Asia and the Horn of Africa, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2007/8. His prior assignment was as Commander, U.S. Pacific Command with responsibility for political-military affairs in the Asia-Pacific regions, 2005-2007. Fallon's other leadership assignments included U.S. Fleet Forces Command, and U.S. Atlantic Fleet and he was the 31st Vice Chief of Naval Operations.

Admiral Fallon is a partner in Tilwell Petroleum, LLC, an advisor to several private companies, and holds board positions with NeuralIQ and non-profit organizations. He serves on the Secretary of Defense Science Board and the American Security Project Board.

A recent Robert E. Wilhelm Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for International Studies, he currently chairs the Center's Advisory Board. Fallon is also a member of the Occidental College and University of California, San Diego School of International Relations and Pacific Studies International Advisory Boards.

Admiral Fallon co-chairs the Center for Strategic and International Studies Commission on Smart Global Health Policy and was co-chair of the National Association of Corporate Directors 2009 Blue Ribbon Commission on the subject of corporate governance and risk management.
