Adobe and Covario Team-Up to Offer an Integrated SEO and Paid Search Solution to Increase Advertiser ROI on Search Marketing Spend

Covario Organic Search Insight Being Integrated With Adobe SearchCenter+ via Adobe Genesis to Help Marketers Assess the Impact of Organic Search Rankings on Paid Search Programs

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 27, 2011) - Covario, Inc., the nation's largest independent search marketing agency and software solutions provider, today announced a strategic integration with Adobe® SearchCenter+, Adobe's paid search management solution and a key part of the Adobe Online Marketing Suite, powered by Omniture®.

The integration will bring SEO data from the Covario Organic Search Insight™ platform into the popular paid search solution. It is being built using Adobe Genesis™, which automates the integration of partner solutions with the Adobe Online Marketing Suite.

The agreement was triggered by the double-digit growth of paid search spending by global enterprises, as well as strong marketer demand at large, complex organizations for "one-stop" SEO and paid search management.

In its most recent Global Search Spend Analysis of major technology and consumer electronics companies, Covario reaffirmed its projection for 15 to 20 percent annual growth in paid search spending for 2011.

As a result of this agreement, Adobe and Covario will now be able to provide global, digital marketers with a complete range of paid and organic search analytics, including investments in each and the impact they have on one another, through a single, easy to access report.
