Adonix Group Reports Significant Growth in Fiscal Year 2004 Revenues and Earnings

Grows Revenues 41 Percent Over Prior Year; North American License Growth Exceeds 70 Percent

PITTSBURGH, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 3, 2005 -- Adonix Group posted outstanding growth for the third consecutive year in both revenues and profits for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004. Reaching $120 million, consolidated 2004 Adonix Group revenues grew by a lofty 41 percent over the previous year. The France-based company's stellar results were due in large part to the successful integration of its acquisitions, progress in penetrating its target markets for ERP software and continued increases in profitability.

"These results are in line with our objectives," said Emile Hamou, Group Chairman and Founder. "We are especially pleased with the continued increase in profitability, which reached $21 million. It validates our strategy of integrating the best functional expertise and solutions in the market around a common technology base, while enabling us to continue our important software platform investment for the benefit of our customers."

While growth was spearheaded by the success of Adonix® X3 in the mid-market ERP sector, Adonix Group also gained momentum in the large account segment of the market, notably through the integration of software vendor specialists it acquired in the logistics, finance and human resources domains.

Growth was achieved in all international geographies, particularly in North America. "License revenue grew by over 70 percent compared to 2003," commented Alex Attal, CEO of Adonix North America. "Because of our continued focus on addressing the needs of key target verticals in the process, discrete and distribution industries, we were able to sign a number of mid-sized companies who are leaders in their particular market segments including Aceto (specialty chemicals), Fleming (specialty pharmaceuticals) and Satellite Industries (sanitary products)."

Adonix Group anticipates continued growth in 2005, with revenues expected to exceed $140 million. "We are adding new supply chain execution offerings to extend the market base of our flagship Adonix® X3 enterprise suite," added Mr. Attal. "Besides the introduction of Geode® GX warehouse management system (WMS) capabilities, our latest release of Adonix® X3 - Version 1.4 will offer additional functional enhancements as we continue to differentiate ourselves in the market with our single product strategy."
