ADP Honors Clients' Commitment to Outsourcing at Annual User Conference

Panel of Judges Present Awards to 15 ADP Clients Including Xerox, Snap-on, DHL Express

ROSELAND, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 13, 2007 -- ADP® National Account Services, part of the Employer Services Division, a leader in outsourced payroll, HR and benefits administration solutions, today recognized fifteen client companies based on their commitment to outsourcing. Awards were presented today at ADP's Meeting of the Minds Conference 2007 in San Francisco, California.

The three-day conference, a gathering for ADP clients with more than 1,000 employees, offers learning on the latest industry information, best practices and emerging technologies in payroll, HR and benefits and some of the city's best cuisine and recreational activities.

"Meeting of the Minds is a time for our clients to get together, celebrate achievements, and share and learn best practices. The winners were selected by a panel of industry experts, including independent analysts, third-party experts and ADP executives, to ensure that organizations were rewarded based on industry-wide best practices and achievements.

ADP Strategic Excellence Award Winners

This award recognizes companies that have successfully integrated ADP products or services into core strategic initiatives to improve efficiencies, save resources, money and time. Xerox Corporation was among the two companies recognized for Strategic Excellence by ADP. Through the use of ADP's world class services and products, Xerox has empowered its employees and retirees to make informed health and welfare decisions by making available accurate and easy-to-understand enrollment tools and information.

Boar's Head Provisions Co., a manufacturer and distributor of premium deli meats, cheeses and condiments, also received ADP's Strategic Excellence Award. Boar's Head uses a number of ADP solutions including ADP's Enterprise solution for payroll and human resources and ADP's eTime® solution for time and labor.

Solution Innovation Award Winners

The Solution Innovation Award is presented to individuals or companies that have demonstrated a commitment to ADP user group activities, contributing to the future direction of ADP services, products and functionality. DHL Express, a leading global express delivery and logistics company, was named a Solution Innovation award winner. ADP's Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS) has allowed DHL Express to streamline internal business processes for payroll.

DeVry, Inc., an international higher education company, was also awarded in this category for its active involvement in ADP product guide groups. In fact, DeVry's involvement was instrumental in a number of the enhancements made to future versions of ADP's Enterprise HR solution. DeVry uses ADP's payroll, human resources and tax services.

ADP Advocate Award Winners

The ADP Advocate award honors clients that have participated in numerous programs in support of ADP National Account Services, raising awareness of its products and services. This year, Cost Plus World Market, a leading specialty retailer of casual home living and entertaining products, and LaRosa's, Inc., a neighborhood pizzeria chain based in Cincinnati, received this award. Cost Plus World Market utilizes ADP payroll, benefits services, human resources, tax and financial services, and time and labor management services.

MVP Award Winners

This award honors clients that have demonstrated a long-term product loyalty or commitment to ADP. Snap-on Incorporated was among the nine companies recognized as an MVP (Most Valuable Partner). During the eleven years that Snap-on has been an ADP client, the company has taken advantage of ADP's outsourcing services and products, including Enterprise HR, Applicant Tracking & Selection Services, and ADP Wage Garnishment Processing. Snap-on is a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools and equipment solutions for professional users.
