Adriana Announces 2007 Diamond Drill Program on the MIE Nickel-Copper-PGM Project, Nunavut

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 15, 2007) - Adriana Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ADI) announces that Major Drilling Group International Inc. will carry out a 2,000 meter diamond drill program on the Company's wholly owned MIE Nickel-Copper-PGM project in Nunavut, Canada. The program is estimated to cost $2 million and includes borehole pulse electromagnetic ("BHPEM") surveys, a surface gravity survey, and continuation of the 2006 SQUID PEM surveys. The current program is independent of the Bear Valley Uranium drill program previously announced on February 7, 2007.

The drill program will consist of three holes ranging from 600 meters to 800 meters deep, drilled across the Muskox intrusion, south of McGregor Lake. The drill targets are identified as three distinct, highly conductive bodies. The conductors are modeled at the footwall contact of the Muskox intrusion, adjacent to the interpreted feeder dyke and were identified from the SQUID PEM geophysical survey collected over the McGregor Lake area in 2006. Occurrences of copper, nickel and PGM have been historically sampled along both walls of the Muskox magma chamber, suggesting that metals have accumulated at the bottom of the chamber. However, this high priority target corridor has never been drill tested on the MIE properties.

The Company intends to collect additional SQUID PEM data along the target corridor on McGregor Lake while it is still frozen. Simultaneously, a gravity survey will be conducted over the entire McGregor Lake property.

Construction of the winterized camp was initiated in 2006. All permits are in place for the work program to commence in early April 2007. Upon completion of the MIE drill program (before spring break-up), the drill rig will be available for the Bear Valley Uranium program, scheduled to begin immediately following break-up.

Mr. Wilf Struck, P.Eng a director of the Company and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101, has approved the technical content of this News Release.

About the MIE Project

The MIE Project draws its name from one of the world's largest continental-type magmatic events, the Mackenzie Igneous Event. This Event involved an estimated 5 to 10 million cubic kilometers of magma. Geological events such as these can host large, rich platinum group element (PGE) and copper-nickel deposits.

The Company's extensive land package now covers more than 630 square kilometers, and consists of two properties, McGregor Lake and All Night Lake, both located on the Muskox Intrusion.
