Adriana Resources Inc.; MIE Project Update: Muskox Intrusion, Nunavut

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 18, 2005) - Adriana Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ADI) is pleased to announce an update on its MIE project in Nunavut:

McGregor Lake Property

The Company has now received confirmation from the Nunavut Mining Recorder that the M1-M11 claims staked on the Muskox Intrusion have been duly recorded with an effective date of August 31, 2005. The McGregor Lake property is approximately 23,400 acres in size and extends some 10 kilometers southwards, from the north end of McGregor Lake to the Sinister Fault.

GSC Open File 4881, Geology of the Muskox Intrusion and associated Nickel + Copper occurrences, by L. Hulbert (2005) displays historic copper and nickel bearing grab sample locations, posted on a revised geology map of the Muskox Intrusion. Reconnaissance sampling by Wilf Struck, P.Eng., was conducted to confirm anomalous values along the East and West walls of the Muskox Intrusion within the McGregor Lake property. Rock geochem samples were analyzed by Acme Labs of Vancouver, B.C. Copper and nickel values greater than geochemical measurement limits were re-assayed.

Selected grab samples ranged from (MIE-08): 82ppm Cu, 51ppm Ni, 13ppb Pt, and 10ppb Pd, to (MIE-05): 2.73% Cu, .036% Ni, 2175ppb Pt, and 14828ppb Pd on the East Wall, and to (MIE-16): 1.41% Cu, 2.28% Ni, 790ppb Pt and 938 ppb Pd on the West Wall.

The Company considers the base of the Muskox Intrusion, in the McGregor Lake area, to represent a corridor of opportunity for accumulations of sulphides containing Copper, Nickel, Platinum and Palladium. The Company is currently compiling historic information on this property and preparing an exploration program that will include both geophysics and drilling.

Mr. Gordon Addie, Vice President Exploration stated, "19 years ago I was first introduced to the exploration potential of the McGregor Lake area. Now with the acquisition of the M1-M11 claims an exploration program can be designed to fully explore this potential."

A plan map posted on the Company's web-site displays the McGregor Lake claims and contains a table of Cu, Ni, Pt, and Pd assays from samples the Company collected within the property. All samples are surface grab samples, collected from sulphide-rich outcrops.

All Night Lake Property

The Company has received a VTEM time domain and aeromagnetic survey report, prepared by Geotech Ltd., for a survey conducted in August 2005, over the Company's All Night Lake property. The position and orientation of the balance of the detailed infill flight lines will now be finalized. Execution of the final phase of the survey is planned for the first quarter of 2006.

Mr. Wilf Struck, P.Eng., an independent Qualified Person under NI 43-101, has approved the technical content of this News Release.
