(the "Company") - (TSX VENTURE:ADI) is pleased to announce that Geotech Ltd. has completed the preliminary phase of the previously announced 2,000 kilometer airborne VTEM time domain and magnetometer survey on the Company's MIE Property.

The preliminary phase of the airborne VTEM time domain and magnetometer survey, covering the entire 540 square kilometer MIE property, consisted of approximately 1,100 line-kilometers of which 524 line-kilometers were flown north-south on a line spacing of 1 kilometer. A four-man field crew has been mobilized to the property to begin a helicopter assisted field review of selected geophysical targets outlined by the preliminary phase of the airborne VTEM time domain and magnetometer survey. Upon completion of the field review and the receipt of the geophysical final report, the position and orientation for the balance of the detailed infill flight lines will be finalized. Execution of the final phase of the airborne VTEM time domain and magnetometer survey is planned for the first quarter of 2006.

Results of the current exploration program will be released as information becomes available.
