Adroit Acquires Neimetz Gold Property, Ontario, Canada

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 23, 2007) - Adroit Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADT)(BERLIN:A7V)(FRANKFURT:A7V) -

Management is pleased to report that the Company has agreed to acquire a 100% legal and beneficial interest in eight contiguous mineral claims (23 units) covering approximately 368 hectares in Briggs Township, Ontario, Canada generally known as the "Niemetz" Property.

The Company has agreed to pay $2,500 and to issue 20,000 shares to each of two individual owners. The property is subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty. The transaction is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The property covers the contact area between felsic intrusive rocks and felsic to mafic volcanics, and is host to the Niemetz and Snowshoe Lake mineral occurrences. The gold mineralization on the property is structurally controlled and associated with disseminated to stringer sulphides. The Niemetz showing is hosted in an intermediate to mafic volcanic, and has recently returned chip samples with values of 7.92 g/t Au, 0.27% Cu over 3.66 metres. In 1974, H. Niemetz completed 8 shallow diamond drill holes on the Niemetz showing with the initial hole averaging 1.71 g/t Au, 0.24% Cu over 10.61 metres. In this interval, two sections returned values of 4.11 g/t Au, 0.65% Cu over 0.30 metres, and 6.51 g/t Au, 0.76% Cu over 1.92 metres. The Snowshoe Lake occurrence is hosted in the felsic intrusive, and has returned recent chip samples with values of 4.29 g/t Au, 1.29% Cu over 2.13 metres, and 5.18 g/t Au, 1.24% Cu over 2.44 metres.

No exploration work was conducted on the property from 1974 until September 1996 when the Temagami Land Caution was in effect. A total of 110 townships were closed to exploration in 1978 by the Supreme Court of Canada due to a formal Land Caution resulting from land claims by the Temagami First Nation. The area was fully re-opened for staking in September, 1996.

The Niemetz Property is located between two deposits, the former Teck Copperfields Mine located 4 kilometres to the west, and the Diadem deposit located 10 kilometres to the east. The Copperfields Mine is reported to have produced 620,500 tonnes of ore grading 6.68 g/t Au, 6.48% Cu. The Diadem deposit has reported reserves of 453,000 tonnes @ 0.50% Cu, 0.10% Ni.

Assays Explained

Following investor requests, the Company provides the following relevant notes to assist investors to appreciate the nature and impact of the above assay results in accordance with Good Disclosure Practices Under National Instrument 43-101.

A tonne contains 2,205 pounds. If the assay result states 1% Copper then the amount of metal indicated would be 22 pounds.

Nota Bene: The indicated metal is before recovery rates which will be lower. Nor does any calculation of value make any allowance for extraction costs.
