Adroit Resources Inc.: Simon Copper/Zinc Property Drill Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 11, 2007) - ADROIT RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:ADT) (FRANKFURT:A7V) (BERLIN:A7V):

Management is pleased to report results from its 3,029 metre, 20 hole, drill programme on its 100% owned Simon Copper/Zinc Property. The Property consists of 12 contiguous claims (92 units) covering 1,472 hectares in Denbigh and Lyndoch townships, Ontario, Canada. The programme was split between the South Zone, 2,414.34 metres, 15 holes, and the B Zone, 615 metres, 5 holes.

South Zone

On the South Zone, 15 holes were completed totaling 2,414.34 metres. All of the holes tested the continuity of the South Zone. The South Zone has a historical 250,000 ton 1.1% grade copper resource that does not comply with NI 43-101. The Company is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource.

South Zone Assay Results

Highlights of the significant assay results are tabulated below. The intersections summarized below are the drill intersected core lengths, and do not represent the true widths.

B Zone Discovery

The B Zone is located 1,400 metres south of the South Zone. The B Zone is one of five airborne anomalies with signatures that resemble the response over the historic Simon Copper Deposit (South Zone). On the B Zone, 5 holes were completed totaling 615.00 metres as previously reported in the Company's March 14, 2007 news release. All of the holes intersected semi-massive to massive sulphides.

Highlights of the significant assay results are tabulated below. The intersections summarized below are the drill intersected core lengths, and do not represent the true widths. The B Zone remains open along both strike and depth.

All Assaying. Samples were analyzed by Accurassay Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Analyses for Au was done using a fire assay lead collection with an AA finish, and for the remaining elements using aqua regia digestion with an ICP finish. Adroit employs a strict quality control program consisting of inserting standards, duplicates, and blanks for each batch of samples. Should any of the standards fall outside the warning limits (+/- 2 standard deviations); reassays will be performed on 10% of the samples analyzed in the same batch and the reassay values are compared with the original values. If the values from the reassays match original assays the data is certified, if they do not match the entire batch is reassayed. Should any of the standard fall outside the control limit (+/- 3SD) all assay values are rejected and all of the samples in that batch will be reassayed.

The drill program was supervised by Joerg Kleinboeck, P.Geo, Adroit's Ontario Project Manager. Joerg Kleinboeck is the Company's Qualified Person for its Ontario projects under National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical content of this news release.

Assays Explained

Following investor requests, the Company provides the following relevant notes to assist investors to appreciate the nature and impact of the above assay results in accordance with Good Disclosure Practices Under National Instrument 43-101.

Samples are assayed to indicate the amount of metal contained in the sample and expressed as a percentage or grams per short ton. This does not imply that the sample weighed a short ton, only that if it were a short ton, it would contain the percentage or grams indicated by the assay.

A short ton contains 2,000 pounds. If the assay result states 1% Copper then the amount of metal indicated would be 20 pounds.

Nota Bene: The indicated metal is before recovery rates which will be lower. Nor does any calculation of value make any allowance for extraction costs.

Market Rates. As at 1127hrs Central European Time, April 10, 2007 the rounded to two decimal places Kitcometals.com spot prices per pound were as follows:

Copper 3.38 USD
Zinc 1.60 USD

President's Comments. Graeme Rowland, President, said; "The results of our first drilling programme are encouraging. They confirm the property is host to massive sulphide copper-zinc mineralization and provide information on the zinc presence, which had not been previously recorded. The presence of a large system, given the nature of VMS deposits to be in clusters, leaves excellent scope for expansion and additional discoveries to the B Grid discovery. Copper and zinc prices continue to reflect favourably the strong demand for these two metals. This provides an incentive for further exploration."

Adroit Resources is a mineral exploration company that is currently exploring for Gold, Silver and Antimony in Central Italy and diamonds, precious and base metals in the Temagami and Bancroft areas of Ontario, Canada. In addition, Adroit is seeking new precious and base metal projects to add to its expanding portfolio. The Company's issued and outstanding share capital is 30,684,815 common shares.
