COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(Marketwired - Feb 20, 2014) - Advanced Cannabis Solutions (ACS) (OTCQB: CANN) announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide comprehensive consulting services to a significant investor group in Canada. This group is involved in the start-up and operation of a large cannabis production operation serving the Canadian medical marijuana marketplace. The contract has a minimum duration of six months and a potential value in the low six figures.
ACS President and CEO Robert Frichtel stated, "We are pleased to offer consulting services to a client with such a strong management team and we look forward to helping them as they capitalize on the rapidly expanding Canadian cannabis market. We anticipate that this consulting agreement could lead to further opportunities for ACS, including potential real estate acquisitions in Canada.

ACS is in the final stages of executing agreements with several additional consulting clients. These contracts cover a wide variety of services, including assistance with start-up structure, grow operations, and compliance issues.
