Advanced Defense Technologies (ADTI) to Compete in Worldwide Communications Hardware Market by Replacing Microwave Dish and Horn Antennas in Current Applications

ANAHEIM, CA--(Marketwire - February 9, 2011) - Advanced Defense Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ADCF), a developer of breakthrough technologies for military defense, homeland security and commercial communications systems announced today that ADTI can compete and obtain market share from a very large worldwide market by replacing the heavy and large size parabolic dish antennas steered with gimbals and motors with physically compact size wideband phased array antennas with electronic beam scan capability, in the current applications.

On a one on one basis, the ADTI transceiver is more efficient and efficacious since its much lighter weight and minuscule size that permit denser antenna clusters on communications towers subject to any specific load or shear tolerance. ADTI's antenna systems minuscule size and light weight may even permit the elimination of standalone supporting towers in favor of renting space on commercial building rooftops or other multi-use structures thus greatly reducing the cost of infrastructure. ADTI technology would also give PC phone systems at least 480 times more capacity and provide far better service.
