(PINKSHEETS: AGWS) announced today that it has closed its first institutional round of private funding from Vision Opportunity Capital Management. Advanced Growing Systems owns and operates several commercial wholesale nurseries in the metro Atlanta area and is involved in the manufacturing of scientifically based organic fertilizers.
