Advanced ID Corporation Acquires Britain's Pneu-Logic Ltd.

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwire - July 9, 2007) - Advanced ID Corporation (OTCBB: AIDO) announces that it has completed the acquisition of Pneu-Logic effective July 1, 2007. Pneu-Logic will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and, due to its strategic value and name recognition, the Pneu-Logic brand will be retained for the tire maintenance product line.

Terms of the purchase have not been made public but the forthcoming 8K will provide the required disclosures to shareholders and the SEC. Pneu-Logic, working under a consulting contract with Advanced ID prior to the actual acquisition, presented the combined products in Europe and the UK and enjoyed record revenue during June, with July already ahead of forecast. Likewise, Advanced ID has presented the Pneu-Logic products to its largest customers in the Western Hemisphere and the company has received new orders for both Advanced ID and Pneu-Logic products in June and early July. July revenue for Advanced ID, with strong orders in the Pet recovery sector already received and the largest single monthly order for tire tags ever received, will result in the highest revenue month ever for Advanced ID, exclusive of the Pneu-Logic results.

Dan Finch, President/CEO of Advanced ID, said, "As Advanced ID adds the industry leading Pneu-Logic tire inspection products to its Tire RFID - Tire Management product portfolio, it is clear that our complete product line is meeting the needs of our customers. New and increased orders from old and new customers alike are being received and the industry giants are buying our products to determine how best to deploy tire management in the commercial tire business."

Finch continues, "We are working with the major tire management software companies to create the ability for large fleet owners to use their existing tire management software seamlessly with our hardware. We expect to announce several partnerships with database management companies within the next several months."

Laren Yeomans, Managing Director of the Pneu-Logic subsidiary, adds, "The acquisition of Pneu-Logic Ltd by Advanced ID is a tremendous joining of two world leading product offerings, UHF tagging and Tire Inspection Systems, and will without doubt make the Advanced ID corporation the largest 'Tire Tagging and Inspection Solution Provider' globally. With over 1000 field kits in 30 countries being supplied with the Pneu-Logic tools our immediate goal is to offer the new combined solution to our existing Value Added Reseller network plus our existing customer base. Pneu-Logic has already secured sales of UHF patches and readers with a large Tire Manufacturer based in Brussels, Belgium. The Pneu-Logic tools have become the industry standard Fleet Inspection solution throughout Europe, and with over 8 years of experience within the tire industry, we believe our commercial input to the corporation will be invaluable. The combining of our sales and marketing strategies will ensure that Advanced ID's product range becomes the Industry standard solution worldwide. In brief this will mean that fleet owners who use our solution will have far greater control over one of their largest costs and will, in all cases, save enough in operating costs to pay for the Advanced ID System many times over." The tire manufacturers and tire mileage contract operators can now deliver a scaleable and seamless service to their customers whether they be multi national "mega fleets" or local delivery companies. Enforcing high quality and consistent service levels throughout the service chain can dramatically reduce any fleet's operational cost and improve its efficiency.
