Advanced ID Executives Meet With Government Officials in Beijing, China to Discuss RFID Projects

CALGARY, AB -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 6, 2007 -- Seymour Kazimirski, Chairman, Hubert Meier, Director and Dan Finch, Director and President/CEO of Advanced ID Corp (OTCBB: AIDO) met with Chinese Government Officials. The focus of the meetings included several markets covering the tire industry in China using Advanced ID UHF tags and readers; the animal identification program for China's Country-wide pet management program and the livestock program for containment of bird flu and other diseases. The executives met also with the Beijing Police Department, who has responsibility for enforcing pet management micro-chipping. Lastly, Kazimirski, Meier and Finch met with the Chinese distributors who will actually sell the Advanced ID products in China.

As part of Advanced ID's continuing focus on Asia, Advanced ID has started selling its successful Canadian-based ISO standard pet micro-chipping system in China. The company has sold micro-chips in Guangdong and Sichuan Provinces and is now becoming approved to sell micro-chips in the Capital and the other Chinese Provinces. The Beijing meetings were successful in speeding up the approval process. With a population approximately 70 times greater then Canada, the market is the company's top international priority.

According to Dan Finch, Advanced ID's President and CEO, "We are convinced that our pet recovery product line, including our Chinese language PETrac database management software, our ISO micro-chip and our new Chinese character reader will form the basis for the country of China to standardize on the PETrac pet management system and the rest of the Advanced ID pet recovery product line. China is the largest country in the world to mandate pet micro-chipping and Advanced ID's PETrac is the system best suited to meet the enormous demands of the Chinese requirement.

"The meetings for the tire industry were centered on China-wide distribution with the largest tire manufacturers in China. As China is the largest maker of truck tires in the world, the need for Advanced ID's RFID systems will be a very lucrative segment of the industry. We are currently reviewing distribution agreements for country-wide adoption for China and will implement our systems by next quarter. With over 170 Million tires produced in China, our goal is to be come very aggressive in this marketplace."
