ALT Laser Hole Drilling produces distortion- and stress-free holes as small as 0.010" dia. with ±0.0005" tolerances and exact repeatability, depending upon the material, thickness and configuration. Specializing in producing critical parts, the firm can provide air flow testing with accuracy of 0.33% of reading and 0.25% repeatability within ±2 standard deviations.

Superior to mechanical drilling, ALT Laser Hole Drilling is ideally suited for nickel alloys, Inconel®, stainless steel, 6061 aluminum, and similar materials. The firm is approved by General Electric for laser cutting/ drilling & airflow per P17TF2, P1TF78, P1TF10, ANSI-Z136.1, S-422 and E50TF217 and A, is S9100 Rev.
