Third Nursery Location , Which Will Open Prior to the End of This Year, Is Projected to Generate $4 Million Dollars of Additional Revenue to AGWS in 2007

ALPHARETTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 8, 2006 -- Advanced Nurseries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AGWS), signed a long-term lease on 9 acres in the heart of Metro Atlanta. This third commercial facility is located in an established industrial area just a few miles outside Atlanta's northwest perimeter. The facilities geographic range of shipments complements the two existing Company facilities to achieve total market penetration in the Atlanta metropolitan area. "We will be able to handle all the established and growing metro areas effectively between our three locations," stated Jon Hammond, Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Nurseries, Inc. "This location is ideal to service the downtown market and several of the fast growing markets in the Northwest corridor of Atlanta."

The "South Cobb" location, which is expected to open by the end of the year, is projected to generate an additional $4-4.5 million in gross revenue for Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. in 2007, while further allowing the Company to spread specific G&A expenses over three facilities thereby increasing the Company's overall net margins. "South Cobb is key to establishing a strong foundation of success and maintaining our rapid growth rate planned throughout 07," stated Chris Nichols, President and CEO of Advanced Growing Systems, Inc., the publicly traded parent company of Advanced Nurseries. "We will hit our 06 budget of $6 million in gross sales after only nine months of operations, and we believe that we will achieve gross sales of over $20 million 2007. Our continued expansion will move us geographically beyond Atlanta throughout 2007 and 2008."

Jeremy Powell, who joined Advanced Nurseries in November, will head the "South Cobb" location. Mr. Powell began his career in the green industry in 1993 with Barn Nursery, a retail garden center in Chattanooga, TN. His work there encouraged Mr. Powell to pursue a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mr. Powell comes to the Company from Pike Family Nurseries where he started in counter sales and quickly worked his way to Nursery Manager.

"We welcome Mr. Powell to our senior management team," stated Chris Nichols. "We set out to attract seasoned management talent to head each of our facilities, and Jeremy certainly is an example of the talent necessary to help achieve the Company's objective of being the largest and most profitable commercial nursery in the Southeast."
