ADVENTIS Appoints New Principal in the U.S.

BOSTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2005 -- ADVENTIS, a global consulting firm advising top management in the interrelated sectors of telecom, technology and digital media, is pleased to announce that Alan Martinovich has joined the firm as a principal in its Enterprise Solutions Practice. He will be based out of ADVENTIS' Boston office.

Prior to joining ADVENTIS, Mr. Martinovich served as the head of the strategic marketing group at Level 3 Communications, a leading provider of wholesale telecommunications services. During his tenure with Level 3, Mr. Martinovich played a leadership role in a number of key corporate initiatives, including the development of Level 3's pricing strategy and related capabilities, the creation of its VOIP strategy, and the formation of its enterprise services business unit.

Before Level 3, Mr. Martinovich was a Manager with CSMG, a strategy consulting and investment advisory firm focused on Telecommunications and related high-technology sectors. While at CSMG, Mr. Martinovich worked extensively with ILECs, CLECs, and RLECs in the U.S. on issues related to corporate and business unit strategies, pricing and bundling strategy, marketing strategy, network optimization and product profitability. As well, Mr. Martinovich has provided investment advice to numerous investors in the telecom space in the form of due diligence, asset valuation and turnaround strategies.

Mr. Martinovich received his MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Toronto. He is fluent in English and Croatian. Mr. Martinovich resides in Boston, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children.
