Sheppard will present USW 1005 President Rolf Gerstenberger with a cheque for $10,000, to help finance the pension fightback and support the families of locked out workers .

"Getting decent pensions from our employers took dozens of years, and many, many tough battles. We plan on keeping them and we will stand with any workers who need our support on this vital issue."
