PLACENTIA, CA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - Brent Martz, President of AEC Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AECS), today proudly announced that they have secured a letter of intent from Showcase Entertainment to co-produce and distribute two films from their roster of family-friendly feature projects.

Showcase Entertainment co-produces the FLIGHT 29 DOWN television series currently airing on NBC/Discovery Kids. This co-production arrangement is with the executive producer of LIZZIE MAGUIRE, the TV Series that made Hilary Duff a major teen star.

"Not by Sight Entertainment (NBSE), which was previously acquired by AEC Holdings Corp., will bring several of our scripted, 'ready to go' projects to Showcase," commented Jon Van Dyke, film director and Secretary of NBSE. "These projects focus on our strengths and will demonstrate our ability to produce and direct smart, entertaining and profitable family-friendly films."

In this letter, Showcase Entertainment executive Bruce Livingston stated that Showcase Entertainment intends to be involved with the co-production of these films and also act as the worldwide sales agent. Livingston further stated that they would hope to co-produce a larger slate of films in an effort to develop a very long-term relationship after the successful completion of these first two features.
