Aero Performance Products, Inc. Reports an Over 60% Increase in February Revenues From the Sale of Aero Exhaust Products

New Domestic and International Distribution Impacting Revenues in 1st Calendar Quarter of 2008

SOUTH JORDAN, UT--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today reported that sales for February 2008 were over 60% higher than the same period last year due to increased distribution of Aero products in the United States and international markets. With the start of the 2008 racing season and the beginning of the peak sales season for performance automotive aftermarket products, Aero expects sales to continue to improve and the results for the 1st quarter to be considerably better than the same period for 2007.

76% of the February sales were achieved through Aero's warehouse distributors, 16% were a result of direct dealer sales and 8% came from direct sales to customers through the Aero website,, and by telephone.

Sales for January 2008 were up 30% over January 2007 and more than doubled December 2007 sales with a growth rate of 109%. The company's quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended December 31, 2007 showed an increase in sales and a decrease in expenses over the same period in 2007.

The company attributes the continued sales growth to additional distribution relationships, including major U.S. regional warehouse distributors, the opening of new European markets with regional distributors already established in the United Kingdom and Slovakia, and new distributors for other international markets, including South America, Australia and New Zealand and Asia.

"Aero management has placed a great deal of focus on increasing the company's revenues through new distribution relationships and fostering the current ones, and we are pleased to see the continued positive results from our efforts," commented Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Aero Performance Products, Inc. "Greater monthly revenues will lead to better quarterly performance that will be reflected in our future filings. Even at our current pace, we project that all four quarters this year will show considerable improvement over last year, and we expect to continue to add new distribution channels throughout the year."

Since the end of 2007, Aero has hired new national and regional sales managers to oversee the expanding distribution of Aero's performance mufflers and exhaust systems in the U.S. and has entered into new distribution relationships both nationally and internationally.

Aero's most recently announced new distribution relationship was with Henschel and Sons Automotive Warehouse, a major U.S. regional warehouse distributor. Henschel and Sons distributes to all or parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, Delaware, and western New York.

Aero has scheduled a mid-March sales blitz for its products in the Henschel and Sons territory, with the company's national sales manager and regional sales managers spending several days with the Henschel and Sons outside sales reps in an effort to open the eastern territory and introduce the Aero product to a large number of new consumers.

The addition of Henschel and Sons as a regional warehouse distributor adds to the existing relationships that Aero has established in the U.S. markets, including major regional warehouse distributors Allied Exhaust, Full Line Exhaust, Franks Supply Co., and Wynne Exhaust. The company also has relationships with smaller regional distributors in the U.S., relationships in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Texas.
