Aerodyne Research, the Skydiving Gear Leader, Signs Jamie Leibert to Be a New Breed of Sponsored Athlete for the Brand

Aerodyne Research, Leading Global Manufacturer of Complete, High-Quality Sport Parachute Systems Has Signed the Rising Extreme Sports Athlete and Founder of the Non-Profit Just Care More

DELAND, FL--(Marketwired - September 29, 2016) - Aerodyne Research has signed extreme sports star and humanitarian Jamie Leibert to be a new Brand Ambassador, Gordon Sellers CEO of Aerodyne Research announced today. Leibert will use and promote products on his nearly constant jumps to benefit his charity, Just Care More. Aerodyne will also support upcoming benefit events produced by Just Care More with products, promotion and funding.

Perhaps just as important, Leibert's entire lifestyle will inspire the brand and its community: His hard-charging, take-no-prisoners ethos, mixed with warmth and humor and the quest for fun, is manifest in everything he does.

Jamie Leibert has been a rock climber, MMA fighter, skateboarder, DJ and provocateur, but he has embraced skydiving and wingsuit jumping as his main focus in the last few years. After literally hundreds of jumps, he fulfilled a life dream of participating in the Extreme Games in Voss, Norway in June 2016 and won a third place medal (for BASE jumping), the only non-Norwegian to place this year. His story was picked up by BBC Sportshour and he has been covered this year by Fox News, Good Day Chicago, the Arizona Republic, and Sports Radio on CBS.

Just Care More is Leibert's non-profit organization to help at-risk teens. Leibert has been going from drop zone to drop zone on a "Jump Across America" tour to raise money and awareness for his projects to help guide young people toward his combined ethos of personal responsibility and "Making kids awesome again." He incorporates lessons learned from his troubled years as a young man in visits talking to Boys and Girls Clubs in big cities -- and is currently incorporating his experiences and advice into a memoir.

"Jamie is a unique role model for at risk teens. He has not only lived the life but dragged himself from that world to become a role model for better choices -- without sacrificing the fun," said Gordon Sellers, CEO of Aerodyne Research. "We are happy to add Jamie to our growing stable of brand ambassadors and to work with his non-profit Just Care More to support its at-risk teens initiatives."

"It's honor to be part of a company that believes in me as much as I believe in their gear," said Jamie Leibert, extreme sports athlete and Founder of Just Care More. "This is going to be a long and beautiful relationship, and more importantly I want to thank the staff behind the scenes making all the magic that allow me to be rad and safe at the same time."
