AeroGrow Announces Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2006 Revenue Guidance

Three Months Ended March 31, 2007: $6.0 to $6.5 Million

Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2007: $12.7 - $13.2 Million

BOULDER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 14, 2007 -- AeroGrow International, Inc. (OTCBB: AGWI) ("AeroGrow"), makers of the AeroGarden™ kitchen garden appliance, announced today revenue guidance for the three months and fiscal year ended March 31, 2007.

AeroGrow anticipates revenue of approximately $6.0 million to $6.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2007, its fiscal fourth quarter. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, AeroGrow anticipates revenue of approximately $12.7 to $13.2 million. One year ago, AeroGrow had just achieved its first sales, generating total revenue of approximately $35,245 for both the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2006.

Additionally, AeroGrow reported that the SB-2 registration statement filed in connection with a March 2007 private placement of $5 million consisting of 833,400 shares of common stock and 833,400 shares of common stock underlying warrants to purchase common stock at an exercise price of $7.50 was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, 2007.
