AeroGrow and the National Gardening Association Announce September 1st as National Indoor Gardening Day


BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - August 17, 2009) - AeroGrow International, Inc., makers of the AeroGarden line of indoor gardening products, and the National Gardening Association are celebrating the transition between the summer, outdoor gardening season and the winter, indoor gardening season with the creation of National Indoor Gardening Day. The official day will be Tuesday, September 1st, 2009.

National Indoor Gardening Day involves offering FREE one-hour classes in five cities across the U.S. about how to bring your outdoor garden indoors, how to continue growing fresh produce indoors and how to start your outdoor garden seedlings in the spring. Classes are taught by experienced AeroGrow employees who know a thing or two about indoor gardening. And they are going to be giving away three AeroGardens at each class, including their new VeggiePro, designed for growing full-sized vegetables.
