Aerohive Networks Names Networking Industry Veteran Sheen Khoury Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - August 14, 2007) - Aerohive Networks, creators of the "cooperative control" wireless LAN (WLAN) access point (CC-AP), announced today that it has named Sheen Khoury executive vice president of worldwide field operations. Khoury is a distinguished sales executive with decades of experience in the Internet, mobile, and networking industries. Khoury previously served as senior vice president, sales, for the Application Networking Group of Citrix Systems. Khoury joined Citrix through its acquisition of NetScaler, Inc., where he led direct and channel sales teams globally as senior vice president, worldwide sales at NetScaler, growing bookings from $2 million to $90 million.

Prior to joining NetScaler, Khoury was vice president, sales, at Good Technology, Inc., an innovator in mobile data systems. In this position, he was responsible for direct, channel, and strategic accounts. Before that, he served as senior vice president, strategic sales, at Exodus Communications, where he formulated, implemented, and managed the worldwide strategic sales and global accounts teams that grew revenue from zero to over $300 million.

Khoury has also held positions at Genuity, Oracle, and Mobil Oil Corporation. He also currently serves as an executive board advisor to Sonoa Systems and recently served as an executive consultant to Ludic Labs and Rackable Systems.

Khoury is also a dedicated philanthropist, working with organizations including the United Way and Lance Armstrong Foundation. He earned a bachelor's of science in purchasing and materials management from Arizona State University and attended graduate school at Pepperdine University.
