Aeroprise Names Alan Fraser New CEO

Robert Otto Joins Aeroprise as Vice President of Sales

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - February 26, 2008) - Aeroprise, the leading mobile service management company, today announced that Alan Fraser has joined as chief executive officer. Fraser replaces Aeroprise co-founder Dan Turchin, who will assume the role of chief technology officer and executive vice president. The company also announced it has named Robert Otto vice president of sales.

As CEO, Fraser's focus will be on extending Aeroprise's market and technology leadership in mobile IT service management, and leading the company's expansion into new market segments within the mobile enterprise.

"We started the company to make the mobile application user experience better than it is on PCs. After a breakout year, we're closer than ever to achieving that vision," said Turchin. "Now is the right time to partner with veteran leaders and there is nobody more qualified to grow the business than Alan or drive sales than Rob. Alan's long history of leading and building great companies speaks for itself. I've never been more enthusiastic about the market opportunity. I'm particularly pleased to see our growth benefiting the Aeroprise extended family -- customers, partners, and employees -- in the form of stronger products that create value in ways we've always promised."

With more than 32 years in technology, Fraser has established a reputation for growing wireless, telecommunications and enterprise software companies. He has been CEO of four successful Silicon Valley companies, most recently Astoria Software, a leading XML content management company that he restructured around the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and made cash-flow positive. Prior, Fraser was a consultant to wireless technology company Danger, and CEO at Vertical Networks, a VoIP applications platform vendor. Fraser held a number of senior management positions at Nortel over a 20-year period, including group vice president for its switching networks business, which had revenue of $2.5 billion.

"Aeroprise has established a dominant position in the mobile IT service management category -- just as the market for such products is rapidly maturing," said Fraser. "We will leverage the company's award-winning products and relationships with many large Fortune 500 companies to expand within and beyond IT service management. I look forward to cementing Aeroprise's status as the leading independent enterprise mobility platform company."

Otto brings more than 25 years of successful sales and business development experience in the mobile software and broader high-tech industry. Prior, Otto was vice president of sales and business development at IdeaBlade, a provider of developer productivity suites and middleware for the Microsoft .NET environment. He also served as president of Ignyte, a management consulting firm, and held senior management positions at Profluent, Intellisync, CSI Digital and Test Equipment Corp.
